
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Sadid Industrial Group and Chadormalu Energy Development Company (TAACHCO) to expand technical, engineering, and investment cooperation in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency improvement.
According to TAACHCO’s Public Relations Department, the agreement aims to leverage the technical expertise and industrial capabilities of both organizations in the design, manufacturing, equipment supply, and execution of power generation projects, as well as energy optimization and smart energy management solutions for Iran’s steel and mining industries.
During the signing ceremony, Saeed Bastani, Chief Executive Officer of Chadormalu Energy Development Company, highlighted the importance of advancing innovative technologies within the country’s energy sector and stated:
“Expanding cooperation with Sadid Industrial Group provides a valuable opportunity to create synergies between our technical expertise and execution capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency and facilitating entry into new segments of the energy industry.”
He further noted that TAACHCO, drawing upon its experience and expertise in the management and operation of energy projects, is fully prepared to undertake joint initiatives in renewable power generation, combined-cycle power plant development, and advanced technologies aimed at carbon reduction and sustainable industrial growth.
Also speaking at the ceremony, Amirhossein Naderi, Chief Executive Officer of Sadid Industrial Group, emphasized the importance of strategic partnerships in advancing clean energy technologies and stated:
“With its long-standing experience in the manufacturing and supply of power generation and industrial equipment, Sadid Industrial Group considers this agreement an effective step toward maximizing domestic capabilities and supporting the development of national energy projects, particularly in the fields of clean and renewable energy.”
The parties described the agreement as an important milestone in promoting clean energy development and supporting the transition toward net-zero emissions. Under the framework of the MoU, a joint committee comprising representatives from both organizations will be established to evaluate and implement collaborative projects through various investment and industrial partnership models.
