Prequalification Notice for Selection of Contractor

EPCF Tender for Financing, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of a 100 MW Solar Power Plant, 20/63 kV Substation, Extension of Two Line Bays at the Upstream Substation, and Construction of a Double-Circuit 63 kV Transmission Line in Khidrabad, Yazd Province

Chadormalu Energy Development Company (TAACHCO) hereby invites qualified contractors to participate in the prequalification process for the Financing, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (EPCF) of the following project:

• Construction of a 100 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant;
• Construction of a 20/63 kV Substation;
• Extension of two line bays at the upstream substation; and
• Construction of a double-circuit 63 kV transmission line in the Khidrabad area of Yazd Province.

The project will be awarded through a public tender with prequalification evaluation to eligible and competent contractors.

Interested applicants may obtain the prequalification documents by sending their authorized representative, accompanied by an official letter of introduction from the applicant company and a valid identification card, during office hours from Tuesday, November 25, 2025, to Saturday, November 29, 2025, to the following address:
